The Middletown Housing Authority regularly solicits bids for modernization and contractual services. The MHA annouces Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Proposals and Invitations to Bid in local newspapers and associated media outlets. The MHA will award a contact to the vendor with the lowest, repsonsive offer. The MHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
